Hi Tony, Martin Lisle here after talking to the girls in the office heard about your lejog, reading your knee problem and it sounds like repetitive strain and one way I found to ease the discomfort is to very slightly adjust your saddle height on your seat stem,not low as to put even more pressure and load on the knee and not to high as to cause your hips to rock but just enough to change angle thro the knee seat may only need to adjust 10mm up or down to give you relief and this adjustment you can make as often as you like depending on how bad the discomfort is. Of course just gritting your teeth can also help as your a cyclist pain is your friend but i bet you've never felt so a live, keep turning those cranks Tony til there is no road left in front of you.
